# MotoSpyn

> MotoSpyn is the aftersales and delivery platform for car dealerships and service centres. It has three products that share one customer and vehicle record: MotoSpyn AI Employee (AI staff that answer calls, chats and WhatsApp, update customers and follow up), MotoSpyn Workshop (workshop management software from booking to gate pass, with line-by-line customer approval) and MotoSpyn Delivery (a PDI app and pre-delivery inspection software that tracks new vehicles to handover).

- How it works: Answer, Approve, Deliver, Return. MotoSpyn does the work, a person signs off anything that commits the business, and both are recorded.
- The AI employees always say they are AI, answer from the business's own information with sources, and never refund, discount or change a booking without a person's approval.
- Each product works on its own; when a business adds another, it joins the same record.
- MotoSpyn Workshop and MotoSpyn Delivery can be customised to a business's requirements, and can be hosted on-premise or on the organisation's own servers to comply with data laws.
