Who we are

This website is operated by MotoSpyn (“we”). You can contact us at connect@motospyn.com.

What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, work email, phone number if you give one, company, type of business, number of locations and any message you write. We also record the date and time of your request and your IP address, which we use to prevent abuse of the form.

If you download the PDI demo app, we collect your name, work email, company and, if you give it, your role. We email you a one-time code, and when you confirm it we record the date and time of the download.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The PDI demo app download uses one short-lived cookie to link your confirmed email to the download, and it is deleted when you close your browser.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and arrange a demo.
To keep a record of our conversation with you.
To protect the form from spam and misuse.

We use your details on the basis of your request and your consent. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests and PDI demo app sign-ups for one year, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Who we share it with

Your request is stored on our web host and delivered to us by email. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

Our forms use hCaptcha to block spam. hCaptcha processes information about your device and how you use the page, and hCaptcha’s privacy policy and terms apply.
